Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a food processor, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and salt. Pulse until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a tart pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Set aside to cool.

In a mixing bowl, combine the canned pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, caramel sauce, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, ground ginger, and salt. Mix until well combined.

In a separate bowl, prepare the pecan crumble by combining the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, chopped pecans, and salt. Mix until crumbly.

Pour the pumpkin mousse into the cooled tart crust and spread evenly.

Sprinkle the pecan crumble over the top of the mousse.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pecan crumble is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 2 hours.
