  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, unsalted butter, and salt. Mix until crumbly.
  3. Press two-thirds of the crumb mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the raspberry jam evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts over the jam.
  6. Crumble the remaining crumb mixture over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Allow to cool for 1 hour before cutting into bars.
