  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Divide the dough into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin wand shape, about 6 inches long.
  4. Place the wands on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8-10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and let the wands cool for 5 minutes on the baking sheet. Then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  6. Once the wands are cool, dip one end into the melted white chocolate, then sprinkle with crushed peppermint candies and sprinkles.
  7. Place the wands back on the wire rack and allow the chocolate to set for about 30 minutes.
