Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs, one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Mix in the mashed bananas and sour cream.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour half of the batter into the prepared baking pan. Spoon half of the Nutella on top and swirl it into the batter using a knife or spatula. Sprinkle half of the chocolate chips over the batter.

Pour the remaining batter on top and repeat the process with the remaining Nutella and chocolate chips.
