Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch tart pan.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add the pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and flour. Mix until well combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust.

In a small bowl, whisk the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Spoon dollops of the whipped cream onto the cheesecake mixture. Use a knife to swirl the whipped cream into the pumpkin mixture.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the center is set.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack and let cool completely.
