In a bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.

In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread the mixture over the crust.

In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until simmering. Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth.

Pour the chocolate ganache over the peanut butter layer in the tart pan.

Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top.

Refrigerate the tart for at least 1 hour to set.

Before serving, garnish with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
