  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Spread half of the cookie dough evenly into the prepared baking dish. Spread the peanut butter over the dough. Sprinkle the chocolate chips and chopped peanuts over the peanut butter. Drop spoonfuls of the remaining cookie dough on top.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the center is set. Allow to cool completely in the baking dish before cutting into bars.
