Chocolate Imadepasta Cake

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a round cake pan.

Melt the dark chocolate and butter together in a heatproof bowl over simmering water.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Gradually add the melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.

In another bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Add this dry mixture to the chocolate mixture and stir until just combined.

Fold in the cooked pasta until evenly coated with the chocolate batter.

Pour the batter into the greased cake pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, spread whipped cream on top of the cake and garnish with fresh berries.
