Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.

Gradually whisk in the milk and cook until the mixture thickens.

Add the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a greased baking dish, combine the cooked macaroni and cheese sauce. Mix well.

Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the top.

Bake for 25 minutes, or until the top is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
