Chocolate Cupcakes with Bailey’s Creme Frosting
Bailey’s Irish Cream is a popular liqueur that combines Irish whiskey and cream. It adds a rich and creamy flavor to these chocolate cupcakes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk and Bailey's Irish Cream. Begin and end with the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a cupcake comes out clean. Remove from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

In a mixing bowl, combine the powdered sugar and heavy cream. Beat until smooth and creamy. Add more powdered sugar or cream as needed to achieve desired consistency.

Once the cupcakes are completely cooled, frost them with the Bailey's creme frosting. You can pipe the frosting using a piping bag or simply spread it on with a knife.
