Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to form the crust.

In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.

Fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter over the crust in the baking pan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 1 hour. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until completely chilled.

Cut into bars and serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce.
