  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush the chocolate cookies and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.

  3. Pour the mixture over the crust in the pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is set.
  4. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  5. Melt the dark chocolate and drizzle it over the cooled cheesecake. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. Serve chilled with whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa powder.
