In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk, golden syrup, and a pinch of sea salt over low heat until combined.

Pour the caramel mixture over the biscuit base.

Place the dish in the fridge to set for 2 hours.

Melt the dark chocolate and milk chocolate together.

Pour the melted chocolate over the set caramel layer.
