Cherry Cupcakes
Cherries are not only delicious but also packed with antioxidants and have numerous health benefits.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chopped cherries.

Divide the batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 2/3 full.

Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the cupcakes to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.

Once cooled, dust the cupcakes with powdered sugar before serving.
