Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add the Cheez Whiz and milk to the saucepan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
