In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Lay the lavash bread on a flat surface and spread the cheese mixture evenly over it.

Roll up the lavash tightly and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
