Challah-lah!
Challah is a traditional Jewish bread that is often enjoyed on Shabbat and other special occasions.
This is vegetarian recipe. Dish can be prepared in 180 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 7.

In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and warm water.

Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal parts.

Roll each part into a long rope and braid them together.

Place the braided dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Bake the challah for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
