  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, oil, and warm water.
  3. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing well until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough and divide it into three equal parts.
  7. Roll each part into a long rope and braid them together.
  8. Place the braided dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  9. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
  10. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  11. Bake the challah for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
