  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into 6 individual pie pans.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate.

  5. Heat the milk in a saucepan until hot but not boiling. Gradually whisk the hot milk into the egg yolk mixture.
