Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and peanut butter until smooth. Add flour and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in heavy cream. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Turn off the heat and leave the cheesecake in the oven for 1 hour. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight. Before serving, drizzle caramel sauce over the top of the cheesecake and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Slice and serve.
