Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

Add the granulated sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Mix well.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.

In a small bowl, mix together the caramel sauce and strong brewed coffee.

Pour half of the banana bread batter into the prepared loaf pan. Drizzle half of the caramel-coffee mixture over the batter.

Add the remaining batter on top, followed by the remaining caramel-coffee mixture.
