Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.

Add the peanut butter, egg, and vanilla extract to the butter mixture and mix well.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.

Stir in the dark chocolate chips and peanut butter chips.

Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly with the back of a spoon.

Sprinkle a pinch of sea salt on top of each cookie.

Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
