Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and sweet pepper until softened.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cabbage, sautéed onion and sweet pepper, egg mixture, flour, baking powder, and grated cheese. Mix well.

Pour the mixture into a greased tart pan.

Bake for 40 minutes or until the tart is golden brown and set.
