Skor Bars were first introduced in the 1980s by The Hershey Company and have since become a popular sweet treat in North America.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking pan.

In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared pan.

Sprinkle the Skor toffee bits evenly over the crust.

In a small saucepan, combine the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the Skor toffee bits, spreading it evenly.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then, refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Cut into bars and serve.
