  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut it into circles to fit your tart molds.
  3. Place the pie crust circles into the molds and set aside.
  4. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
  5. Add the brown sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and corn syrup to the saucepan. Stir until well combined.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the mixture cool for a few minutes.
  7. Divide the raisins and pecans evenly among the tart molds.
  8. Pour the butter-sugar mixture over the raisins and pecans.
  9. Place the tart molds on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, or until the filling is set and the crust is golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the tarts cool in the molds for 10 minutes.
  11. Carefully remove the tarts from the molds and let them cool completely on a wire rack.
