Brown Butter Cinnamon Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are believed to have originated in Sweden in the 1920s and have since become a popular breakfast pastry in many countries around the world.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat until it turns brown and gives off a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs.

Add the milk and egg mixture, along with the brown butter, to the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.

Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
