Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Continue cooking until the butter turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.

Slowly pour the browned butter into the bowl, whisking continuously.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.

Stir in the bourbon, Cadbury Mini Eggs, and chopped pecans.
