The BOCA Classic Chili is a vegetarian twist on the traditional meat-based chili, but still packed with flavor and protein from the BOCA Ground Crumbles.

Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic. Cook until onions are translucent.

Add BOCA Ground Crumbles and cook until heated through.

Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, tomato paste, chili powder, ground cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
