  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Gradually add water and olive oil to the bowl. Mix until the dough comes together.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover it with a damp cloth, and let it rise for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
