  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Drop spoonfuls of blueberry preserves onto the cream cheese mixture. Use a knife or toothpick to swirl the blueberry preserves into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish for 1 hour.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until completely chilled. Cut into bars and serve.
