  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until frothy. Gradually add the milk while whisking.
  3. Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and melt the butter.
  5. Pour the batter into the pan and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  6. Flip the pancake and cook until the other side is golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  7. Remove the pancake from the pan and tear it into small pieces using two forks.
  8. Return the torn pancake to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Meanwhile, cut the peaches into slices.
  10. Add the peach slices to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes, until heated through.
  11. Serve the Kaiserschmarrn with peaches and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
