  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine blueberries, sugar, cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Roll out one pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  4. Pour the blueberry mixture into the pie crust.
  5. Dot the top of the filling with butter.
  6. Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top of the filling.
  7. Trim and crimp the edges of the crust.
  8. Cut slits in the top crust to allow steam to escape.
  9. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
  10. Allow the pie to cool for at least 1 hour before serving.
