Blueberry Oatmeal-Streusel Muffins

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, oats, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, egg, milk, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the blueberries.

Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.

In a small bowl, mix together the streusel topping ingredients until crumbly.

Sprinkle the streusel topping over the muffins.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the muffins to cool in the tin for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
