  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add the flour and mix until just combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, toss the blueberries with lemon juice. Gently fold the blueberries into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking dish. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly. Remove from the oven and let cool in the baking dish on a wire rack for 2 hours.
  6. Once cooled, refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
  7. Before serving, dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars and enjoy!
