Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a tart pan.

In a large bowl, combine sliced plums, granulated sugar, and lemon juice.

In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, and salt. Add in cubed cold butter and combine until crumbly.

Stir in grated marzipan and slivered almonds.

Press two-thirds of the crumble mixture into the bottom and sides of the tart pan.

Arrange the plum mixture over the crust.

Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture over the plums.

Bake for about 40 minutes, until the crust is golden and the plums are juicy.

Allow the tart to cool for 20 minutes before serving.
