  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add the blueberries to the mashed bananas and gently fold them in.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  6. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
  7. Gradually add the dry ingredients mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the Greek yogurt. Mix until just combined.
  8. Gently fold in the banana-blueberry mixture.
  9. Pour the batter into the greased mini loaf pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
