Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl.

Sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture over the buttered pastry sheets.

Starting from one end, tightly roll up the pastry sheets.

Cut the rolled pastry sheets into slices, about 1 inch thick.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
