Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add spinach to the pan and cook until wilted.

Stir in the sundried tomatoes and cooked pasta.

Crumble feta cheese over the pasta and toss to combine.
