In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, sugar, and salt until smooth.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt butter.

Pour a ladleful of batter into the skillet and swirl it around to form a thin pancake.

Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is golden brown.

Flip the pancake and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
