  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and granulated sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, eggs, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine streusel topping ingredients and mix until crumbly.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan and sprinkle with half of the streusel topping.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with the remaining streusel.
  8. Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow the loaf to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
