  1. In a blender, blend the blackberries until smooth.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate in the microwave.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted chocolate, blackberry puree, coconut cream, and honey. Mix well.
  4. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Once firm, scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  6. Roll the truffles in cocoa powder or desiccated coconut.
  7. Place the truffles in an airtight container and refrigerate until ready to serve.
