Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a baking dish with parchment paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Add the melted butter to the egg mixture and mix well.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until just combined.

Chop the white chocolate and dark chocolate into chunks.

Fold half of the chocolate chunks into the brownie batter.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining chocolate chunks on top.
