  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add the Biscoff cookies to a food processor and pulse until finely ground.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter, ground Biscoff cookies, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
