Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a bowl, mix the okara and mochiko until well combined.

Divide the mixture into small balls and flatten them to form discs.

Place the discs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Remove from the oven and spread tomato sauce on each disc.

Top with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes, and basil leaves.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Return to the oven and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
