  1. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water, melted butter, and egg. Mix well until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, or until smooth and elastic.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
  5. Punch down the dough and divide it into 8 equal portions. Shape each portion into a round bun.
  6. Place the buns on a greased baking sheet, cover with a damp cloth, and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  8. Brush the buns with water and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let the buns cool on a wire rack.
  11. Slice and use for your favorite burgers!
