  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Add the blanched green beans to the mixture and stir until coated.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle French fried onions on top.
  8. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes, or until the onions are golden brown.
