  6. Place the endives in the pan in a circular pattern, with the cut side facing down.
  7. Crumble the goat cheese over the endives.
  8. Cover the endives with the puff pastry circle, tucking the edges inside the pan.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the puff pastry is golden brown.
