Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, dried herbs, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, milk, and olive oil until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Fold in the grated cheese and fresh herbs.

Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin tin, filling each cup about 3/4 full.
