  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a cupcake tray with cupcake liners.
  2. Prepare the cupcake mix as per the instructions on the box.
  3. Mash the ripe bananas and fold them into the cupcake mix.
  4. Fill each cupcake liner with the batter and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Let the cupcakes cool completely.
  6. Once cooled, use a knife to cut a small hole in the center of each cupcake.
  7. Fill the hole with caramel sauce.
  8. In a separate bowl, whip the cream until stiff peaks form.
  9. Pipe or spread the whipped cream on top of each cupcake.
  10. Sprinkle crushed digestive biscuits on top of the whipped cream.
  11. Drizzle with melted butter.
  12. Let the cupcakes rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
