  1. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a greased 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the graham cracker crust.
  4. Arrange the sliced bananas, pineapple chunks, and maraschino cherries over the cream cheese layer.
  5. Drizzle chocolate syrup over the top and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until set.
  7. Cut into bars and serve chilled.
