  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mash the bananas and mango together.
  4. Add brown sugar, ground cinnamon, cornstarch, and lemon juice to the mashed fruit mixture. Stir well.
  5. Spread the fruit mixture evenly onto the puff pastry sheets.
  6. Roll up the pastry sheets tightly and seal the edges.
  7. Place the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Brush the rolls with melted butter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  11. Dust with powdered sugar.
